I have been a highly satisfied client of Terri Wright’s State Farm Insurance Agency in Yarmouth, Maine since early 2012. I've worked with Terri directly on a number of occasions over the years, and also with her very competent associates, Amy and Marcie. I've enjoyed the convenience of bundling my auto, renters, and life insurance policies through Terri's agency, and my occasional questions have always been answered immediately and thoroughly. When a tree totaled my car in an untimely wind storm on Christmas Eve, 2022, Terri stepped in personally, working with the towing company, the garage and my credit union’s loan officer to resolve the issue in a matter of a week-and-a-half, so that I could replace my car and be back driving in record time. I have been trying to get refund on my cancellation of car insurance for months. Amy keeps replying she works part time or check has been sent, etc. very frustrating!
